Splash Park is a private park built for the enjoyment of the community and patrons of The Collection at RiverPark.  To ensure enjoyment for all, Park visitors are asked to follow the Code of Conduct and the Splash Park Rules and Regulations.

In addition to the Code of Conduct, the following Rules and Regulations apply to Splash Park.  Persons violating these rules or the Code of Conduct will be asked to leave The Collection property.  Those persons with repeated violations will be subject to arrest. Splash Park is open from 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm unless otherwise posted for special events. No trespassing after hours.

  • Regular Maintenance of Splash Pad will occur daily from 12:00pm-1:00pm and 5:00pm-7:00pm at which time the splash pad will be closed to the public.
  • The Splash Pad is unsupervised. All children must have adult supervision at all times. Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult.
  • Splash Pad may be closed at any time due to weather, maintenance or other operational concerns.
  • All participants must conduct themselves in a courteous, safe and family oriented manner.
  • Running, roughhousing, horseplay or violent play is prohibited.
  • Blocking or obstructing the water is not permitted.
  • Athletic equipment, balls, bats, beach balls, noodles, etc. are not allowed on the Splash Pad.
  • Swim suits and/or appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
  • Swim diapers are required for all children under 4 years old. Cloth and ordinary diapers are not permitted.
  • Changing of diapers is prohibited inside Splash Pad area. Soiled diapers should be disposed of in a proper manner.
  • Persons with diarrhea or nausea will not be allowed in the Splash Park area.
  • No food, food containers and/or food/beverages are permitted in the Splash Pad.
  • No glass containers or breakable objects are allowed in the Splash Pad.
  • Drinking the Water is Prohibited.
  • Skateboards, bicycles, scooters or rollerblades, and carriages are not allowed in the Splash Pad.
  • Pets and animals are not allowed inside the Splash Pad area.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited except with an event permit.
  • Smoking and use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited.
  • Park visitors are not permitted to enter garden beds, prune plants or remove flowers.
  • Littering is strictly prohibited, including placing chemicals, food or any other substances in and around the Splash Pad area.
  • No soap, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, or body washes are allowed near the Splash Pad features or Splash Pad area.
  • Private events and gatherings for groups of six (6) or more individuals are not permitted without an event permit. Event permits are issued at the sole and absolute discretion of The Collection Management.
  • Storing or leaving personal belongings unattended is prohibited. Belongings left unattended will be discarded.
  • Building fires, barbecuing or outdoor cooking is prohibited except with an event permit.
  • Engaging in organized team sports that interfere with the general enjoyment of others is prohibited.

The following are strictly prohibited: Firearms, motorized vehicles, fireworks, remote control cars, boats or planes, loud radios or boom boxes, bicycling, skateboarding, rollerblading, golfing, gambling, sleeping, distributing or posting flyers, disturbing the peace, panhandling or selling items or engaging in any unauthorized commercial activity.

These Rules and Regulations are subject to change or revision without notice and additional rules may be added at any time at the discretion of The Collection Management.
