Looking for a flexible opportunity to be part of exciting community events? We’re seeking an On-Call Guest Services Associate to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and is available to help during special events as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist guests at events
- Provide customer service and answer questions
- Help with event setup and breakdown
- Assist with crowd flow, check-in and wayfinding
- Support the team wherever an extra pair of hands is needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable and professionally mannered
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required
Position Details:
- On-call, based on event needs
- $17.00 USD per hour
